This set of 4 different scavenger hunts is designed for young learners ages 3–7, blending early literacy, movement, sensory exploration, and creative thinking. Each story follows a “choose your own path” format, allowing children to make simple decisions that direct them to different clues and locations.

Tips for Use:

•Pre-place printed clues in different areas (indoors or outside) to match each story.

•Use visual icons or simple drawings alongside text to support early readers.

•Read the clues aloud if needed or let more experienced readers help lead.

•Encourage teamwork and discussion around choices (“What do you think we should pick?”).

•Celebrate the journey, not just the final prize—each path is meant to be fun and engaging.

•Read through the clues ahead of time to understand placement. A roadmap is included at the beginning of each set of clues. Blank cards are included if you need to change any of the clues to meet your needs.

You can replay the same story using a different path or rotate through the themed hunts throughout yourprogram. Perfect for whole-group or small-group play, centers, or rainy-day adventures! Icons are included at the end of the cards to help with placement of the clues.
